Mobile app sucks
The mobile app sucks in every aspect possible. Constantly logs you out and especially if you use Face ID. Not only this but the “support” team for LifeStore are a joke they are very rude and don’t take you seriously. The mobile app is shoddy and honestly this is probably the worst bank I’ve ever used I’ll be going back to chase or Bank of America.

I have several mobile banking apps and this is the one that lets me do the least
Gets the job done
With the update, it’s more seamless and intuitive. It gets the job done.
To many changes to often
You change this app every month I can’t even get into it half the time this bank used to care about the people who use it now it’s all about making money from us. You lost the personal touch it had when it was Ashe Federal bank you need to get back to the basics and treat people right not like a number.

No landscape option
App is okay but I mostly use on my iPad and the fact that they designed it without a landscape viewing option is just mind blowing to me. And after multiple updates/changes it's still doesn't have it. Really frustrating to have to turn my entire keyboard sideways just to review my account.
Works good sometimes…
The features of the app are good and useful for the most part. But the sign in is a nightmare, it keeps saying my password is wrong even though I would use it previously or earlier that day and you only have 3 tries or it blocks you out completely until ya call the bank. The Face ID works sometimes but most of the time it wants other verification. I’ve also noticed over the last few months after you sign in it will sometimes freeze on the loading screen and won’t budge until hours later no matter how many times you force close the app. Basically it has good potential but it overshadowed by usability issues.

Worst banking app ever
App is horrible
Upgrade was a downgrade
The app upgrade has been a downgrade. I used to get instant notifications when a transaction is made now I have to check it manually. It used to default show all transactions and now it shows the last 5. I miss the old version.

App not working all of a sudden
I cannot get signed into my LifeStore app all of a sudden. They say they have sent me a text to send a code to me and the text never comes through. It’s been going on two days now. Very aggravating!! Please fix this!!
Used to be a good App
This used to be a good App but for the past four months every time I have tried to use it I get a message saying data busy try again later. I have no problems logging in on my computer but this App is terrible. I even tried deleting it and reloading. It is still useless.

This app works great. It’s simple and easy to use, and I really like that I can deposit checks through it if I need to. 5 stars
Good but bugs.
Great app, sometime the app won’t open or when it ask for my finger print I put it in, then it crashes needs bug fixes badly.
