What the hell this app has to be fake it took me forever to log in, and now I used points to get a visa gift card, yet nothing shows about it in my email, in the app, or on the website. Pitiful
Cannot log in
On the chance I can log in the app freezes. It doesn’t recognize my username or password but if I try to make a new profile, it says already in use. Trying to reset it is useless.

I entered my correct credentials and it will not let me log in. i even double checked and it let me log in on the computer but not mobile.

No App problems
I haven’t had any problems with the app. I have scheduled appointments without any problems.
I can not login!
I try to login, and it didn’t accept my password. I select reset password, and I receive a message that a link has been sent to reset the password, but no email ever comes. I have also tried to link my donor ID to my account, with no success. Please help!
Worthless
I’ve been a donor for awhile. Yet on this app I can’t see any of my donations or even see my donor number. Trying to schedule an appointment never going to happen. It’s honestly ridiculous, please don’t waste your time with this app.

I’m glad they have an app. I’ve been waiting for this. A lot easier than their website. I’m O+ I need to donate more.
