Got worse
I have been using this scale for past three years and so far it was working great. But due to the latest fixes, pushed the number on the scale after weighing and the number that is displayed on the app after syncing are just not correct and have a difference of .5 kg to one KG. I do not trust the reading of this scale. Don't try to force customers to upgrade to your latest and greatest.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this app and its dietician. After waiting for three weeks for a diet chart, I was repeatedly told that the app was "getting updated," which felt like an excuse rather than a legitimate reason for the delay. I would strongly advise against using this app or their dieticians if you value your time and want a reliable and timely service. Stick to traditional diet counseling methods to avoid wasting your time and experiencing the frustration I encountered.

Can’t see any plans posted by coach
I recently installed this app on the recommendation of my nutritionist. Added her as my coach on the app. However anything that she posts for me on the app doesn’t I don’t receive it at all. I don’t understand if this is a problem with iOS version or something else. E we tried multiple times.. but no success ...

Great app, Fantastic update
Bought the scale a year ago and have been loving it! The one feature I was waiting for this latest update addresses with Apple HealthKit sync. Easily one of the most empowering tools for keeping track of my health. The developers respond very quickly to queries and feedback. They even immediately replaced a scale that was faulty. I think they will just get better and better! Thanks for all the updates and support, keep up the great work!

New update is nice
Nice health n fitness app. Get all my body stats using Lifetrons smart body scale. Now I can see my health progress on daily basis.

Poor support. Not compatible with IOS
The IOS BLUETOOTH is not supported in the current version of app and lifetron devices. Inspite of communicating on this issue; there is no response from support team
