Unable to login
When I tried to register my residence address, the app asked me to upload an attachment, but there was no option or button to do so. Completely confusing and frustrating. I’ve never seen such a poorly designed app.
App need to be upgraded
Such a lousy app. Keep getting error when trying to login using the link that my partner sent after adding member. Super annoying. No way to even contact customer service support. So dumb. Please upgrade this app !!

Intercom never works on ios
I’ve had this app installed a few years now and it’s unreliable and doesn’t work. If any call comes through to open the gate, it’s a shock to me. Perhaps once I’ve seen the video appear for the intercom. All my settings are active for the intercom call to reach me, yet it never does.
I get blamed by visitors and decliners people for not opening the gate on purpose and it’s nearly cost me a few deliveries being sent back. This app has really stressed me out- more so in the last week as three deliveries have turned around, and even the local postman has argued with me that I didn’t open the door for him.
Please please fit your app as I can’t even use it.

Useless app
The app is connected to condo main gate video door phone and it never works on my iPhone. In last 2 years have changed multiple iphone and it's same on all, very occasionally it will work but mostly won't.
All functions not working
Can’t click any button of booking facilities, entering feedback system etc. Useless
LifeUp Pay doesn’t work!
Clicking LifeUp Pay or the wallet just results in an empty screen! Please fix this because the way the app is designed it’s impossible to make bookings without topping up the wallet!!

Both QR and activation code is invalid . Can’t even get the apps up after registering !!!
Did not receive verification code SMS
The OTP never came.
No Activation Code
After signing up, the app requires an 16-digit activation code to use. But I tried signing several times and verified each, but each time the process is broken because I did not get any activation code, neither by email or SMS. Poor coding!?
Intercom video call fails
Tried everything but somehow everytime I get the intercom video call, it will say ‘call fail’. Getting scolded by the delivery guys. They think I don’t wanna open the gate but that’s not true. Pls fix this!
App Hang Not Working Despite Successful Verification.
After submitting my apt postal code for check, the verification was successful. Correct details of the condo contact phone number and email shown-up.
The app subsequently stay at the same page. It did not actually hang, as I could move back to previous page, but it would not proceed forward. Thus I could do nothing.

Absolute waste of time and money
App does not work 90% of the time to enable door access for visitors. It has been one year and this hopeless company has not been able to fix it.

Password reset code never comes
I have been trying to reset my password since morning. Although the app prompts that code is being sent to reset password, however, the same never arrives
Useless app
The app does not work and locks users out randomly. It has no features other than booking facilities and it fails to even perform these simple tasks. Any simple website would do a better job.
Recent update causing error
Recent update is causing keep auto log out every single time.

Can’t find my apartment information
Needed to download this app in order to book the gym facilities but the app doesn’t seem to be able to find my apartment information.
