No Service & Mo Support
New member here. Installed this app, but it will not even open. I’ve tried it for days but still nothing. I tried reaching out to app Support and it doesn’t work either.

It was great for using it on my phone, and LifeWave ended it.
I'm a little upset. I'm not a fan of having to log in on a browser after being spoiled having this easy to use app.
I hope they bring it back.

No functional
I literally can’t even open the app much less sign in. I finally took the leap to try this thing and I’m already stuck with no option to even trouble shoot. I clicked the “support” button and it also gave me an error. What now?

I’m still getting notifications even after I’ve deleted them. Any recommendations?
Videos won’t play
Videos are not playing and say private so it’s embarrassing sending the videos through the app and realizing they can’t even be viewed
Nice app but needs work
If using an iPad, it reverts to portrait mode. Too hard to use with a keyboard…

Thanks for putting product and business building material in one place.
Matching it to a “CRM” doubles the value. Send emails and texts through the app, and never wonder if a prospect looked at what you sent.

All the info I need
I love this app. It has all the info that I was wondering about, when I first got started. I didn’t know wheee to go to learn about the patches and the company. Voila… it’s all in this app!

I highly recommend the app to have for easy access for sharing product info, testimonials & educational videos. I also use it every time I place an order, which is often. The products sell themselves because they work! Thank you LifeWave for developing your light therapy!

History
When I opened the History in regards to Prospects I received a graphic display but then it froze and i could not return to the main Home Screen?

UPDATE: I take it all back! None of these things are working! I took my time to send videos to potential clients via Facebook messenger and text. Nothing went through! Unless this gets fixed and addressed, the app is of no value!
PRE-UPDATE: I new to the LifeWave program and I was sort of fumbling my way around. The products are great but I was having trouble explaining to people what they can expect from the patches or how the science works. This app shows short but powerful videos to help me through the initial introduction. I especially like that I can input customer information and immediately share the videos with them, within a choice of contact programs such as email, text, face book messenger, gmail and more.
