After my first login I haven’t been able to sign in again.
Not working
The app stopped working after the latest design rebranding. Unable to even log in
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t recognize accounts. I have an account and can log in find on a browser but says I don’t have an account in the app so it’s useless.
Works once then won’t log me in
I’ve only gotten this app to work once. After that, I was on a call for 45 minutes with customer service - they had to delete my whole account and I had to make it anew. After that, I haven’t gotten it to log me in, and I’m afraid of using it in case it corrupts my account again. Please fix this app!

I can’t log in
I have confirmed that my account information is correct but I can’t log in to the app. I’ve tried several different times over the last week.
Login fails
I have verified my username and password several times and am able to log in to my account using a browser, but that same username and email address don’t work in the app. I have deleted and reinstalled. I keep receiving emails encouraging me to use the app, and I would if I could.
Can not log in and add plan
I can not add a plan on your website, and can’t log in to the app..
Can’t login with account
It won’t let me sign into my account and it tells me that my username/password is incorrect. I also can’t get a mobile insurance card if I can’t sign in. Please fix this.

Can’t log in
I just downloaded this app for the purpose of having a digital ID card but I cannot log in with the username and password that get me into the LifeWise GAIP Insurance website on a computer. 🤷🏼♀️
