Always telling me that there’s an error processing my request and to try again later. App was working just fine for the first few weeks, now it’s just a waste of space on my phone.

Lightning fast compared to the website
So far so good. This is a much better alternative than trying to use my personal computer to login to the website. Very fast. Easy to review my benefits and status of HCRA, DCRA and other accounts. I haven’t tried uploading any files yet for claims but really good for checking status of accounts. So glad they made this app. Thank you!
