The Lift app matches you with near by clients seeking your service. The request will appear on your application if you are online/available; hit the accept button and contact the passenger for further details of their location. The customer will have the details of your identity, so you won't be hard to find. High acceptance rates are a critical part of reliable, high quality service, but not accepting trip requests does not lead to permanent loss of your account. The price is as agreed upon by Lift and drivers. Passenger comfort is the company’s priority, and the driver is required to deliver what we promise on our service package. Thus, the driver must comply to the driver customer policies. You will be rated by passengers based on the service you deliver, and the company will reward or punish you based on the customer service record.
