About

Lift Ledger is a workout tracker for people who want to log their training and watch it improve - nothing more, nothing less. No social feed, no streaks nagging you, no adverts. Just a clean record of what you lifted and proof that it's going up. TODAY'S SESSION, READY TO GO Open the app and today's workout is already laid out, set by set. Tap a weight, log your reps, move on. The rest timer starts itself between sets. When you finish, it's saved to your history with the date and the day's routine. FOLLOW A PLAN OR BUILD YOUR OWN Start one of the ready-made programmes in a single tap, or create your own routines from a catalogue of hundreds of exercises — barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, bodyweight and more. Flag warm-up sets, set per-side movements, and give each exercise its own targets. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Every exercise keeps its own history, so you can see at a glance whether your working weight is climbing. Personal records are flagged automatically. Switch to the graph and your logged sets become a simple line you can actually read. SCAN A PLAN YOU ALREADY HAVE Got a workout in a PDF or on a web page? Point Lift Ledger at it and it reads the exercises, sets and reps into a routine you can follow — no retyping. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Everything is tied to your account and protected so only you can see it. There are no adverts and no third-party tracking. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time. BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR Large tap targets, works one-handed, and keeps working when the wifi doesn't.

A lick of paint across the whole app, a friendlier first week, and supersets that finally look like supersets. SUPERSETS, DONE PROPERLY • Paired exercises now appear as one bracketed group — on Today, in your workout, and in plan previews — so you can see at a glance what goes together. • Mid-workout, the "up next" highlight now alternates between the paired moves the way a real superset runs, instead of finishing one exercise first. • A one-time tip explains supersets the first time your session includes one. A SMOOTHER START • If your first day on a plan lands on a rest day, Today now points you straight to the nearest workout with a start button — no more dead end. • Tips now appear one at a time instead of piling up, and they're easier to read. • Progress no longer shows empty stats before you've trained. A TIDIER APP • Plans are easier to scan: each plan reads as one clear name with its details underneath, and finished blocks show a quiet status chip. • Tap any exercise name in a plan's day preview to see exactly how it's done — photos and steps included. • The Today screen is cleaner, and Sign out has moved to Account where it belongs. • The app now stays in portrait — no more accidental sideways flip when your phone's propped on the bench.
