What's New in Liftbook

1.1.0

October 29, 2026

Sharing is here. • Share any workout as a notebook page, with your PRs marked. Friends who tap the link can try your lift and log it with their own weights. • Share your progress too: any chart becomes a clean before-and-after image. • Dark mode that follows your phone’s setting. • Charts now show volume, and picking a movement previews it live. • Faster, smoother logging: the entry bar rides the keyboard and switches between names and numbers instantly. • Fixes for older workouts that were missing a date.
