Can I use music apps while LiftLock is active?
Yes, you can add music streaming apps like Spotify or Apple Music to an exceptions list. These apps will remain usable while other selected apps are locked during your workout sets.
Does LiftLock run on a schedule?
No, LiftLock blocks apps based on your actual workout sets and rest times, not a fixed schedule. This means your workouts can be longer or shorter without affecting the app's functionality.
What happens if I quit the LiftLock app?
Quitting the LiftLock app does not unlock your phone. The blocking functionality is managed by iOS Screen Time, and the block is only lifted when you deliberately end your workout.

Does LiftLock have ads?
No, LiftLock is ad-free. The app does not contain advertisements, and it also avoids analytics and tracking to ensure a private user experience.
Is LiftLock available on Android?
