Most lifters don't need fancy spreadsheets, detailed data, charts or graphs. We just want to lift and make sure we're using the right weights. LiftTrack Elite is focused on simplicity. You pick a lift, adjust your weight, sets, and reps from your last attempt, and track if you succeeded with each set. When you open LiftTrack Elite, you can see at a glance your most recent attempt and your heaviest successful attempt for each kind of exercise. You can also go in and review past lifts.
