【アップデートのお願い】 いつもLIFULL HOME'S LIVEを利用していただき、ありがとうございます。 今回のアップデートは下記の変更を行っております。 -新バージョンリリース（1.3.0） それに伴い、iOSアプリの動作環境をiOS12.1以上に変更させていただきます。 -（変更後）iOS12.1以上のiPhone、iPad iOS12.1未満の端末ではアプリへのアップデート、および新規アプリのインストールができなくなります。 該当するお客様が引き続きご利用いただくためには、iOSのアップデートが必要です。 お手数ではございますが、お使いの端末のiOSバージョンをご確認の上、該当iOSの場合はアップデートをご検討くださいますよう、お願いいたします。 今後ともLIFULL HOME'S LIVEをよろしくお願いいたします。

音声が届かない

音声が先方に聞こえず、結局チャットで行う不便さ。重要事項説明で質問もしにくく、制度上問題のサービスではないかと思う。
よほど、電話やその他のWEBシステムを使ったほうがいい。

エラーが多い・UIが使いにくい

契約説明でリモートの方が楽！ということで、こちらのアプリを指定頂き利用したのですが、下記のようなエラーが多すぎます…💦

・相手の音声が聞こえない
・自分の音声が届かない
→退出して再入室すると、たまに直る…？
・PC(MacBook Pro16、OS monterey)版は入室時/アプリ起動時にエラーでそもそも入れない
→iPadとiPhoneは入れました
・Bluetoothとの接続不良(マイクを認識しない？)

UI的には、暗証番号の入力を終えた後に改行(enter)を押しても、文字入力キーボードがなかなか消えないため、入室のために何度もスワイプする必要がありストレスが大きかったです。

これらにより、契約説明が15分近く遅れて開始してしまいました。公式アプリでこの動作感はかなり問題があると思います。
次回の利用時もこれだと困りますので、早めの改善をお願い致します…！
