Not bad for a free app
And I really do appreciate the developer/s providing this game for us to play without cost—but as a beginner, this game is incredibly frustrating! It is impossible not only to win but even to watch oneself make relative progress. I get destroyed by the AI on the easiest setting every single time. It would be great if there was a teaching setting, in addition to the three progressively more difficult levels. Perhaps with prompts asking if I can think of a better move or suggestions for what my opponent might do two or three moves into the future. But maybe this is too much to require of a free app? I suppose I am making very slow gains in my understanding of the game. I do like the app overall.

Updated to IOS 11 is required
The app is no longer available since it is not up to date for the IOS 11 system, I love the app light go 9X, light Go 13X, light Go 19X.

There is absolutely no way beginners can play this
I've been trying to learn this game but it's hard when the computer always has the advantage of being black and it is not possible to switch. I've only managed to win a very tiny percentage of games on the "easy" level.
Look else where
Unless you are a beginner, then a 9x9 game will be helpful.
