Useful but not really for sleep
Only 2 of the 10 songs/sounds are suitable for sleep. The others' tempo is too fast. The sounds are binaural or alpha wave type sounds...most of what's here cannot honestly be called lullabies - maybe the translation is poor. Having said that, I do like the music, and can use a couple for sleep, another for meditation, and a couple more for waking up/moving/improving mood. Would be nice to hear upgrade before purchasing.
