Loved the game, played it for a couple months then I quit for a while and came back now and my account is gone… Very unfortunate and have no idea how to recover the account

Graphics on characters turn white

The graphics on each and one of the characters are normal but some of them turn bright white and you cannot see the other animals or characters by obtaining them and using them during missions so please fix the graphics on the characters so I can be able to see them

REQUIRES push notifications?

Oh **** no. I am using to having to check the box agreeing to the EULA but this game also makes the box for push notifications and late night push notifications REQUIRED before you can even open the game. I do not allow push notifications for any game or app so this game was immediately deleted when I saw that. No no and NO.

Poor Gameplay and Optimization

As title says, nothing excuses the current state of the game. The grind and gacha system are also extreme. People excused it early on because of compensation. Well that's not given to new players so good luck if you're starting months after those old positive reviews.

Data sync not connecting

I was playing this game a while back when I downloaded and I tried re-download the game and it was not syncing with the data so if you can please fix it so I can be able to play the game
