it worked perfectly, then i updated the app, and now it crashes every time i open the app ....

so i attended a function on saturday 25 january 2025 and used the lightbooth at the venue. i received messages containing the screenshots on my phone. downloaded the app but repeatedly received message that an error occurred and that i was to try again. my screenshots then disappeared. filled out the feedback formā¦and voila problem resolved. access to photos achieved. 3 stars for the concept. extra star for customer service.
