When I downloaded the app I couldn’t get past the verification stage so I emailed support. They responded quickly and were very helpful, it turned out my ip was flagged due to my vpn so if you have similar issues try monetarily turning off your vpn.

Everything went smoothly, pretty fun app to use with friends and get deals at your favourite bars.

Can’t get past the verification stage

so i attended a function on saturday 25 january 2025 and used the lightbooth at the venue. i received messages containing the screenshots on my phone. downloaded the app but repeatedly received message that an error occurred and that i was to try again. my screenshots then disappeared. filled out the feedback form…and voila problem resolved. access to photos achieved. 3 stars for the concept. extra star for customer service.
