Tried to open my app and it opens on the icon but then suddenly crashes

The light is extremely bright and nice but then you download the app and you can’t even get in to it it closes out.
No way to use without Bluetooth
Worked great for about a week not it won't connect and you can't turn it on manually . Product is terrible

I only put 5 stars so this will be seen. Go to creators profile and look at similar apps. Go to an app called “shine light” created by them and there you can control mood settings, have lights react to music, and even set a timer! Wayyyyy better and more options!
App no longer works
Crashes upon open on iPhone 16 pro. Works on iPhone 12 Pro. Same software update.

Fantastic light, but a poorly designed app
I’m giving this app a week to resolve this issue, or I’ll bring up my own complaints. This is unacceptable—fix it before it’s too late. Every time I try to open the app, it simply crashes and logs me out.

I have deleted and redownloaded this app a dozen times. Every time i try to open the app it quits and will not open. it has made the light completely useless which is a huge shame because it’s a great light. The company has obviously given up on this product seeing as they haven’t made an app update in 2 years. Do not buy this light if you somehow see the reviews for this app beforehand.

I used to control this with an android device. Which recently broke and can no longer be used. Figured I’d try to download this app on my 13 pro max. It does nothing but crash. Which renders my purchase useless at this point. I’ll be buying another Android based device to control this light

Can’t even get past the first step on the app to connect to Bluetooth.

My app stopped working completely. It continues to buffer in the search mode, but it doesn’t find the light so the light is worthless at this point because I can’t even turn it on. I may have to find a universal controller if possible.

Anytime I open the app it closes automatically. I deleted it and redownloaded it at least 4 times and it’s continuing to do the same thing.
Bought it yesterday and stopped working today
The app had the light modes for it yesterday when I purchased the light and set it up for streaming now today the second day of use comes around and I turn the app on my phone and all of a sudden the light modes disappeared! Please for the love of God FIX THIS ISSUE!

For more light functions, download the “shine light” app to better utilize the studio light. This application is most likely the outdated version and does not have many features.
