AI Generated Skins Look Terrible
This app is cute, but I think the AI generated skins are super cheap. If you’re going to charge money for premium skins, commission an artist to make it for your app. Using AI is scummy and cheap.

Yeah it says to give mic permission to blow out the flame but it doesn’t work right at all. I use to have an app that simulates a lighter that would let you blow out the flame but now I guess it’s not available anymore.

Swipe to open lighter is unnatural, involving a right-left swipe that an older app did not require. Shake to close lighter is not sensitive enough and too stiff. Lighter activates flashlight is not necessary. Flame moves when you move the phone which is good but movement is is unnatural and stiff. Too many taps to get to lighter. App should open to previously selected lighter. Extra star for all the cool lighter choices.

Imagine, in this economy, paying $3.99 A MONTH for a lighter. You open it, and close it. That is it. A one-time gimmick to show to your friends like once. 3.99. Hey look at me. I put a subscription model on this grape! Can you eat it. No. It’s just a grape. Appreciate it. $3.99 please. I’m struggling to come up with a reason why anyone, EVER, would need this. You open, and close it. To can also pick one with a funny ai generated dog on it $3.99 please. You can buy lighters for less than that. You might as well wipe with your money and that will actually be a more worthy investment. Vs. a bunch of copy and pasted images on the same lighter asset. I’m gonna take a lighter and use it to set that fine office building of yours ablaze. Who do think you are? Like you’re the top of the world. “They’ll buy anything we put out.” I am not a mindless rat spilling out brain matter from my skull, ready to buy anything with a subscription model.
