Do not use this vet!
I am deeply hurt, shocked, and disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism in which this clinic operates. 💔 Today, I received many unprofessional and angry emails from Lighthouse over a public review that I gave them, where I did not even throw anyone or even their clinic’s name under the bus! I spent $1K on a surgery for my dog, and the surgery gave him a nasty skin infection. Most people would be upset if they had spent $1K only for their pet to end up with a skin infection in their supposedly sterile environment. (Makes me question how clean and sanitary and safe their clinic is.) Even though THEY HAD CAUSED THE INFECTION, I wasn’t even angry at them. I just wanted to get my dog healthy, and I worked with understanding and patience with the vet to get my dog’s skin infection cured. When the vet asked me to swing by for a quick re-check exam, I had assumed it was a free or reduced-cost exam because she said “quick” and only checked his scrotal area. It was $48 for a 30 minute exam. I had already spent $1K with them; now they want to milk me like a cash cow over something they had caused??? On top of that, they escalated the issue by name-calling me false names and sending me angry emails when I had given them nothing but 4-5 stars reviews. I’m changing those reviews to 1 star now.
