About
The lighthouse has gone dark, and the keeper has forgotten what it looked like.
Every picture you solve is a memory it gets back.
Lightkeeper is a nonogram — a picture cross puzzle, also called picross, hanjie
or a Japanese crossword. The numbers along each row and column tell you how many
squares to fill. Work out which ones, and a picture appears.
NEVER GUESS
All 500 puzzles are checked by a solver before they ship. Each has exactly one
answer, and that answer can always be reached by logic alone. If you are stuck,
there is something left to work out — not something left to gamble on.
A TOWER THAT LIGHTS UP
Puzzles are not a list. They are five floors of a lighthouse: the Lamp Room, the
Keeper's Door, the Watch Room, the Winding Stair and the Lantern. Finish a floor
and its windows come on for good.
EVERY PICTURE IS KEPT
Solved pictures go to the gallery, where you can look back at the whole
collection.
A PUZZLE EVERY DAY
A new one each morning, the same for everyone, marked off on a calendar.
MADE TO BE PLAYED ANYWHERE
