Lightmine: Light Gem Puzzle

Lightmine is a deduction puzzle about light and gems. Gems are hidden inside a vast diamond mine. Fire beams of light into the 10×8 grid — the light bends on a diagonal gem face, bounces straight back off a flat face, and mixes in the color of every gem it touches. Read where the beam exits and what color it became, then deduce the exact position and shape of every gem and place the pieces to solve the board. ■ HOW IT PLAYS • Tap a number or letter on the rim to fire light — the exit point and its mixed color are your clues (e.g. red + blue comes back purple). • Prefer a direct question? Probe a single cell instead. Each beam or probe is one try. • You get up to 20 explorations. Fewer tries means a higher score. ■ THREE MINES TO MASTER • Basic — red, yellow, blue and two white gems • Basic + Crystal — a clear gem that reflects light but never tints it • Basic + Black — a gem that swallows light completely; hunt down its cell ■ PLAY YOUR WAY • Solo — sharpen your logic at your own pace • Battle — real-time 1v1 duels; race to read your rival's mine first • Play with a friend — share a room code and duel anyone ■ SCORE & RANK Win points = 5 + (25 − tries), so solving in fewer tries scores higher. Battles add an ELO bonus, so beating stronger players earns more.
