Wonโ€™t even open on mine or my husbands phones

I keep seeing this advertised but canโ€™t try it out as it wonโ€™t instal on either of the phones in our house. Not sure what thatโ€™s about. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no help.

Bad preset settings

Every preset tried on a photo makes it look terrible. Used high resolution photos and all of them come out as if they were edited by a color blind Gypsy.
