Login on app not working
Seems like my username and password are good for online desktop but mobile user app isn’t opening. My credentials are good but app won’t connect … weird
Terrible company
They lie and deceive you. Mobile app shows wrong balances, wrong positions balance, wrong buying power. Cant login sometimes. Randomly shuts off access. Giant Scam! Do not use!
Save yourself
Horrible execution. Seriously violated the rules of compliance and wiped out millions after an error on their DAS Trader and Website app that was fully inaccurate to the tune of. 7-8 Figures… SEC WILL HAVE A FIELD DAY

Guys , contact support you’ll need a new user and password for the mobile version. However you wont be able to use desktop.
Terrible they want you to lose
No functions on Lightspeed are set up intuitively because you are the losing customer and the winning customer is the exchanges and the market makers. Their functions will be incorrect like buying power and your liquidity. Your reports will come in late and useless to comprehend. You won’t see your P&L intuitively like you would a standard consumer brokerage with deposits, though Lightspeed has faster execution and a bit better price transparency. However, it offers just enough and you get worse transparency with a platform that offers full visual of multiple prices at once. The absurdity of how crooked these electronic brokerages are is obscene, and in the coming years SEC and other regulators will crack down, recognizing how tilted their setups are in order to lean in favor of the retail customer losing money vs the exchanges and market makers who make money for clearing orders, paying spread, etc. Lightspeed was fined once for fraudulent pricing practices by the SEC, and similar practices remain today in an attempt to confuse YOU.

Trying to use this for first time. It say user/ pwd incorrect, which is not the case!! Who can resolve this for me ??

Won't let me login. What is the point of this app? Over a year and you still haven't fixed the login issue? What are you even doing updates for?
Login Doesn’t Work
Like so many other users, I can’t log into the iOS app even with valid Lightspeed credentials. This app is clearly unsupported and inoperable

I am no able to log in because my password supposedly is incorrect; but it is correct because it works on the platform. Please fix this.

Does not allow me to logon, same credentials I use to log onto my desktop version does not work on the app. We pay for order execution you need to fix this.

IF ANYONE SEES THIS “Download “HR Trader”” the same company that made this app made that and it seems they just quit working on this one and put all of their time and money into HR Trader, I haven’t looked yet but from the pictures it looks like the EXACT same app, so everyone probably has problems bc they’re downloading a half-a**ed app that they quit working on!!!
