Today is 12/12/24 and I have been able to see texts in almost two months. Tried many things. Nada

Exceptional Experience
This app has made my workflow so much easier. I love how i can leave my office and still reach clients or help out my team where ever I’m at. This app is constantly getting updates and to top it all off they have exceptional customer support. Keep up the good work.
Worst support and app ever
This company is the worst VOIP company ever. iPhone app hasn’t worked in 9 months. Customer service representative are rude. Everything is fixed with a bandaid.
Deception in contract
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - They snuck in a 36 month contract into our Service Agreement which I was never told about. DECEPTION at its finest - read the other 1 star reviews if you don't believe me.

I love the new Softphone app. I have quite a few employees and it’s nice to be able to pull the switchboard and get to them quickly. This app is easy to use and intuitive another big plus from such a great company.

Worth the wait
LSV has been a phenomenal partner for our insurance agency. A solid in-house mobile app has been a major missing piece for a couple of years. This is a good first version. There are a few important features that are coming soon, but this app is totally sufficient for basic functions.
Phenomenal VoIP softphone
I got to participate in testing this app for months before it was released. This softphone has tons of features: texting, inbound/ outbound calling, live monitoring of company/ employee cals, and many more. Looking forward to continued updates with even more features! This softphone app is one of the best ones out. Great job Lightspeed Voice!
