• Admins can’t access the settings anymore.
• When you visit someone’s profile, it shows them as online, but in private chat, it says they haven’t been online.
• The Live option doesn’t appear on profile pages.
• Comments in Live sessions appear and disappear halfway.
• VIP users are not visible.
• Overall, the issues are very serious and affect the user experience badly.
Please fix these problems as soon as possible!

Dear Ligo Live Support Team,
I am the owner of an agency on your platform and I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a serious issue I have encountered.
Unfortunately, some of the Ligo Live managers have been transferring my agency’s earnings to treasurers without my permission or approval. These actions have caused major problems for me in receiving my rightful payments and have seriously affected my trust in the system.
I respectfully request the following:
1. A full investigation into this issue.
2. That all future payments related to my agency be made only to accounts explicitly approved by me as the agency owner.
3. That the managers who authorized these unauthorized transactions be held accountable for their actions.
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter through social media, public channels, and potentially legal steps.
