Would you rather pay 5 dollars a week, 10 a year, or 20 for unlimited use?
The 5 dollars a week option is an obvious ripoff. Other plans are hidden behind a see all plans option. That works out to more than 250 dollars a year, or you could pay 10 a year or 20 once.
Why would anyone consciously choose the default option? Why is an app developer able to make something like this the default option?

Best Mastodon app for minimalists
I’m a minimalist and I don’t like the other Mastodon apps designs. This app has a lot of feature but not so complex. It also has an iPad app which is very important for me.
