I ordered from McDonald’s. The burgers came with no patties in them. I requested for a refund. Their agent(Joanna) told me there are not able to make a refund because decisions by

Sorry to see you've experienced some difficulties in the meal customization section. Though we identically reflect the customization menu selections offered by the restaurants, we are aware that some of the detailed customization options offered by the restaurants are rather complex. But the majority are straightforward. In any case, in order for this not to take too much time while you game, we have created the MyMeals page which allows you to do your meal prep ahead of time for up to 10 favorite meals.
