Game changer

App doesn’t function correctly

There are many pages I go into where no back button appears so I can’t get back. I have to quit the app and start over if I want to navigate to another area. Also, north node doesn’t appear amongst the listed explanations of planets and points, but south node does. When it works it’s very interesting but the functionality seems unfinished.

Obsessed!!

I absolutely love this app!! Lila Pro embodies the very best of what thoughtfully informed AI can be! The AI is able to seamlessly calculate complex astrological geometry and then quickly synthesize the symbols in a way that would be quite impossible for a human. It is clear that the creators of this app poured their intuitive astrological insights into every aspect of Lila. (No pun intended.) 😂 Yes, there are still a few bugs, but those will be worked out in time. Overall, Lila Pro is brilliant!!!

Charged three times for Lila.

Lila was interesting but not for me because I use the equal house system. My complaint is I am now being charged for 3 Lila related apps and the company has zero customer service.

Often wrong

The daily forecast is so often wrong, I’ve stopped using it. Even after pointing out the error and correcting it, the AI still gets it wrong. This is a major problem. Don’t bother with this function until it is fixed.

Hey, appreciate this feedback. You're right that it was frustrating when the AI kept making the same mistakes even after you corrected it. We fixed that - it now actually remembers corrections. Also added safeguards to make the forecasts more accurate in the first place. If you try it again and still see issues, hit us up at connect@lilaverse.app and we'll dig into it.

Regularly wrong

It’s an interesting concept, but until the AI actually gets my placements correct, this app will be useless. It routinely gets basic information about my chart wrong. For instance, today it claimed Venus was in my 6th house, but my Venus is in the first. This happens every time I ask a question.

Hey, sorry for the delayed reply. You're right that the AI was getting placements wrong - super frustrating. We've added safeguards since then so it can't just make up house positions anymore. One thing worth noting: house placements are really sensitive to birth time. Even being off by 15 min can shift things. But yeah, the AI definitely shouldn't have been confidently wrong. That's fixed now if you ever want to try again.

Amazingly helpful but still working out the bugs

I have gotten some amazing insights from using this app, it has helped immensely with a particular issue that I just needed to go into depth on. That said, sometimes it is inaccurate with details of placements, signs, houses. They have fixed a number of problems and I’m willing to be patient because I see how useful a tool this can be

Thanks for sticking with us through the bugs! And sorry this reply is so late. The accuracy issues you mentioned have been fixed - we added a bunch of checks to stop the AI from getting placements wrong. Really appreciate users like you who saw what it could be and gave us time to get there.

Not bad, but very buggy

It’s not bad, but they’re probably still working on this app. Hopefully the bugs get fixed. Only the OpenAI option currently works and it’s awful, it makes so many mistakes.

The app never works

Even the link to the support doesn’t work. Ask several questions and I had difficulty each time but in the last few days it just says I can’t access your chart. I’m deleting the app.

Hey, sorry for the late reply and sorry you had such a frustrating experience. The "can't access your chart" thing was a bug we've since fixed. And you're right - finding support was way too hard. We're at connect@lilaverse.app if you ever need us. If you feel like giving it another try sometime, things work a lot better now. No pressure though - totally get if you've moved on.

Love this concept of the strongest planet. This app is a breath of fresh air offering something unique to the Astrology App space. I appreciate that it’s interactive, and look forward to seeing the continued growth and development of the features.

Not accurate

Unfortunately, like all AI, this was just not accurate. It initially said the sun was at 3 degrees Leo today August 26th. I pressed it and it repeated the 3 degree Leo. Then I pushed one more time but ran out of “free messages” or whatever. Yeah, no thanks. I can get bad astrology on chat g p t if I want it already and that at least gives me a lot more messages to use.

Hey, really sorry for the super late reply here. You were totally right - the Sun was definitely in Virgo on August 26th, not Leo. That was embarrassing and we fixed it. We've since added checks to stop the AI from making stuff up like that. If you ever want to give it another shot, it's way more accurate now. Either way, thanks for calling it out - that kind of feedback actually helps us fix things.
