This app has not been updated in over a year. When you open the app all you see is a white screen with the logo on it. If you click on the developer’s website in the App Store it takes you to a NEPA soccer page.

Love this app

Great app, just needs a few tweaks

I love the idea and the insights this app provides.

I’m a data nerd so I love seeing these things and I will like to see how I can better use the insights moving forward.

However, the app seems to only sync overnight meaning I can only look at data from previous days. So I can’t see how I’ve been doing today. A manual sync button is needed, even switching days doesn’t work.

Most Promising Health App I’ve seen

Human health is far more complicated than almost anyone realizes. Our best health advice is the hard earned wisdom discovered and passed down in cultures from the past thousands of years. Science, with a few notable exceptions, hasn’t contributed a whole lot on net, because health is too complex and personalized. This Lili app stands out as something new. The visual charts and insights are fantastic, and the chat bot, while still early, is a very promising interface to what could eventually become a doctor in everyone’s pocket. I highly recommend downloading this app, joining the community, and helping them build something breakthrough.

Very interesting and useful

It’s so great to be able to see such rich analysis of my Fitbit data. This is so much more useful than Fitbit premium. I love the fact that you can track mood and add text notes to days. Highly recommend!

Fitbit analytics for free

I love this app and how much good insights provides compared to Fitbit. Much more accurate and tailored to your personal data.

To improve even more maybe I would add health metrics data such as breathings per minute and heart rate variability. Also, for the graphs I would use a relative axis scale instead of absolute.

Otherwise, I feel lucky I got to try this early on. Recommended 100%.

Great Addition & can’t wait to see where it goes

Within a day I’ve got great insights into my own patterns of health - like how many steps or active minutes correlated with good sleep, or how my activity impacts my resting heart rate.

I’m tracking my mood now too via the app so it will be really interesting to see more correlates.

I’d stopped tracking my food but I’ll get back to it because I’m wondering whether the amount of sugar I eat impacts my sleep & mood!! We’ll see!

Also it’s just a great design. It’s in early stages and think it’s really impressive & really looking forward to more releases & updates!
