Frustrated
Glitchy and cumbersome. A technician comes and gets it operational and then within a few days it shuts down again. Been going on for two years. So far a waste of money.

Easy to use
This app is easy to use to view my cameras and to get into playback. I can also save recordings straight onto my phone to send to my family. Works very well and very pleased.

Works for 5 minutes and then crashes. Please update/fix! Thanks.
Flaky unreliable app that continually crashes.
The old LILIN viewer was more reliable but LILIN decided to stop supporting it. Pull a finger out LILIN.
Doesn’t work to load past recordings
This app works until I try to view the recordings in PTP mode. It tells me I need a firmware update. But I am up to date according to latest version Lilin firmware update page. Model number NVR 3216. Ok to view recordings when connected on the same wifi network (ie ptp not in use). Any ideas?

What’s the go with the star icon for navigating camera groups? This is bad user interface design. I didn’t know how to move around to different camera groupings, and this button seemed to me to favourite the current screen. But no! It lets you select an alternate grouping! What I wanted but not intuitive at all. Also it is so slow to respond to button taps, eg going from live camera screen back to menu, that you actually go to push the button a second time, and then this tap is picked up and takes you back to where you were! Laughable! This app needs work.

Please fix these issues and let us interact properly with the hardware we have purchased. I must say, all the interface options I have used (old app, browser NVR login) are all lacking, have poor design and need drastic improvement!

App無路用
在chrome輸入ip可以看的設備，用人寫出來的app卻連不上
Flaky, unreliable, laggy
We’ve spent a fortune on this system and it is utterly terrible. The event logs are pointless as they are triggered by absolutely everything (rain, light, etc). The time to establish a connection is too long to be usable so it has to be set on the lowest resolution possible and even then it still takes forever to load. I wish we’d never paid for it.

Doesn’t work full of bugs !
Don’t replace your Lilin Viewer app ! Lilin Pro doesn’t work ! No camera views in Live or playback. Cameras work and test okay in setup and config but NO live views are possible and NO playback possible. Settings import from previous Lilin Viewer app… The old Lilin Viewer app works just fine ! Why retire it ? Lilin Pro gives you NOTHING !

Improved a lot from previous version
This newly released app version has added quite a few new features that have been asked for from before. The ease of use has been greatly improved in many ways. In general, it is a pretty positive release than its previous version. Hope the dev team can focus on new features help improve user experience and stability.

新的版本依舊沒有解決縮放問題
久久才更新一次還是沒解決，切換攝影機畫面後放大縮小就完全失效，要重回分割頁重新進入，只要再切換又再失效！

Non funziona, le telecamere non si vedono, è tutto bloccato, recentemente si vedevano solo le telecamere con le registrazioni bloccate, farete aggiornamenti?
