Does not open

I don’t understand, I’ve been using this to track my meditation for quite some time time now and as of the last 2 months it no longer works, just spins when trying to open it and now I’ve lost all my logs and I’m not sure where I left off with my meditation.

You Broke It

Used to work fine. The recent update you can’t even login to it even though they are “improving their login.” How about we test the app before you rollout an update that makes it better? It sends you a code to your email for example, you try to look at the code and then the app meanwhile kicks you back to the login page so your code is invalid. Just a terrible useless app now.

Ap stopped working.

I use this ap to log my monthly injections. One day it stopped working and all I would get was a spinning wheel like it couldn’t load. I called for support. I was told they were updating it. Four phone calls yielded no help. I had to guess when my next injection was due. Fail. Don’t rely on this.

No longer working

This app was working perfectly fine. Now it’s not working at all. I’ve called the support line with no resolve. When working properly it’s great!

Stopped Working

It was working great and I was logging my injections and symptoms until yesterday (9/30/2025). The next morning I couldn’t even log into my account and I’ve tried everything to fix it.

Extremely User-Friendly

This is a very good app. I’d definitely recommend it. It’s extremely user-friendly & very pleasant to look at. The simplicity of this app is 1 thing that makes it so great. The thing I like most about this app is the level of support. I really feel like I’m not alone between visits with this app. Also, the logbook makes me feel confident going into my next appointment.

Doesn’t work with iOS 17.0.3

I was just approved for Taltz, and getting ready to do my first injection. Previously used AbbVie’s app for Humira and never had an issue with the 2+ years I used it. This app won’t even let me log in. It says it sent a verification email, and nothing. Checked all the folders and mailboxes. Nothing. The app says I can proceed without doing the verification. But I can’t. It takes me back to the log in page. Vicious circle. I hate this medication already because of the lack of support via this useless app.

Can’t log in

Not able to log in to my account anymore. Just a loop of “something went wrong” messages. Reset my password countless times

Could use one thing

Reason for 3 stars. Switched from another medication app. So If nothing else the Lilly app could use an injection site log. Easier to remember and alternate injection sites.

Not receiving registration verification email

After going through the registration process, I waited 10 minutes and still no email. I called called the phone number for the app and they said there is some sort of an issue. Why won’t this just work? Is should be straight forward.

Could be better!

I was just switched to a medication by Eli Lilly. This app looks easy to use and I appreciate the support!

My reason for 3 stars - The previous medication I was on also had a companion application but it provided a very helpful injection tracking feature - you could set up a schedule and it would send reminders prior to your next dose plus you could log the injection site, any reactions, lot #, expiration date, and symptoms at that time. When it was time for your next injection, it would remind you where you took the last shot so you could alternate sites. It was very helpful!
