I love this game
I enjoy playing this game, but there's a significant issue that needs addressing: once you hit a certain level, space becomes limited. I’ve been engaged with this game for about four years now, and I’ve been eagerly waiting for the chance to expand my city, but that hasn’t happened yet. While the option to move to the next city exists, the gameplay tends to become a bit stale after a while.
There’s also a lack of new buildings to purchase, which is frustrating since we don't even have enough room to place them if they are available. This situation needs attention. I took a break from the game for a while, only to return and find the same limitations still in place. I started with a community of over 50 to 100 players, and many of them have also lost interest.
It’s common for games to hit a plateau at higher levels, but to keep players engaged, it’s essential to introduce new content regularly. I’ve invested quite a bit of money into this game, and I’m at the point where I might consider stepping away if changes aren’t made. The prizes remain stagnant, which contributes to my four-star rating. Let’s make this game exciting again!

The chest game shows you all these prizes however you only get energy and ex points never a building or anything like that, the other game with the coins it takes to long to get coins as well they length of the game is to short, I hope this isn’t turning into a super city situation because I’ll delete this game.. I play every day please make the game fair and add more decorations for the city like theme for the holidays and seasons. Also the townies are walking on top of the buildings and walking on water,also you have a football field and a tennis court but nobody is playing, I have a merry go round but it doesn’t move or the townies aren’t on it ,the game has potential however you should tweak the game.

It's been a year now. I am ready to expand or move on.
When are we going to be able to expand our land? I’ve been playing this game for a long time now. I am still waiting to be able to expand my land or be able to move to another city/land. After a while of playing this game, It will become boring. I am giving it a 3 star now because it has been the same for over a year now.

Error message
Unable to play for 2 days. Keep getting error message technical issues. This is the 2nd time in a week. Please fix this. I’m still unable to play for at least 5 days now because of technical error. Game loads to 90% then won’t load. Sorry to say I’m deleting the game.
Not my city !Can’t contact support
I hadn’t played in awhile but I loaded it today and this isn’t my city ! I just deleted and reloaded and still the same wrong city, not even in English is still there! I am just deleting. Still no response from tech support! Still no word from tech support and tried again to reload after newest update, still not my city! 10/19/22 STILL not my city and still nothing from customer support! 1/11/23 and still not my city!

Love the game but the latest update has erased all my progress. I have returned to the very beginning. I’ve uninstalled & re- installed with no success.
Issues with game
I’ve been playing this game for awhile now , but have had issues with it. Have had my bank notes disappear. On more times than one. Like today 12/18/21 had over 541 bank notes , get back on 41 bank notes is all that I have . So disappointed.... Everything stayed the same but bank notes all gone . Also been trying to the Christmas Restaurant and on the 5/5 round I’m able to collect , the star maps & walk-in talkies but the 5 dream catchers , shows you get it from the handmade souvenir shop. Don’t see it are can’t find it ... and will not even show me when I click on show ...
