effortless shopping experience. Easy to navigate and intuitive to use.
Background music is disruptive
Please add an option to turn off the background music. It interrupts my podcasts and makes it difficult to use the app while listening to something else. The music feels unnecessary in a shopping app and ends up being more distracting than helpful.

I'm really crazy about the LILYSILK APP recently. I bought several silk items on it. The fabric is breathable and very comfortable to wear in summer. The APP operates smoothly and the payment is secure. I really think it's very useful. A positive review is definitely in order!

Dès que j'ai commencé à utiliser l'application LILYSILK, je ne pouvais plus m'en passer. L'interface est si simple et claire qu'il est extrêmement facile de trouver des produits. De plus, leur service client est aux petits soins. Ils répondent rapidement à toutes mes questions. Plus important encore, la qualité des foulards en soie, des pyjamas et des autres articles que j'ai achetés est vraiment excellente. Je suis extrêmement satisfaite et je la recommande vivement à tous !

App is missing features that mobile browser has.
On the mobile browser, you are able to see many different options with your order on your order history page.
When I do the same thing in the app, the only option I have is to view tracking. I can’t make exchanges, returns, or anything else in the app. Essentially making it useless for order history since I have to use a browser anyways for anything.

Ich hab mir die App runtergeladen, weil ich gehofft hatte es gäbe dann in der App eine Wunschliste, wie bei solchen Apps üblich ist, um Produkte für später zu speichern.

Can’t add items
When I try to add the detergent to my app order it keeps kicking me out of the app all together. It is annoying. I shut down phone and it is still doing it. No app update so I don’t understand why it’s not working. How am I supposed to addd the detergent to the app if it won’t work?
Extremely poor app!
I was excited to use the app but this app is so bad! Full of bugs and lags and issues. A highschooler could write a better app. Please don’t loose your customers to cheap app development. Either spend money to build a good one or don’t build at all and stick to web. Love your products. Thank you.

The latest update has made the app so much better! Previously, I could only use PayPal for payments, but now I can finally use Apple Pay. This new feature makes transactions so much more convenient. Great job!
Einloggen nicht möglich
Leider funktioniert das Einloggen in der App nicht. Angeblich ist die Email oder das Passwort falsch. Aber mit denselben Daten auf der Website funktioniert das Anmelden problemlos.

E come se non bastasse dopo aver scritto ad un/a assistente di nome “Tracy” per sapere che fine avesse fatto il mio pacco, (lo aspetto da 3 mesi), questa/o assistente ha violato la mia privacy in modo terrificante!
Continuava a dire che il corriere prima aveva portato il pacco all’indirizzo che avevo impostato per la consegna, ma che non lo trovava. ASSURDO! Perché poi mi ha mandato lo screen del portone di casa mia dicendo che avevo inviato il numero del palazzo e non quello civico, quando sono la stessa cosa e mi ha detto di essere più specifica per il corriere dicendo anche in che piano e stanza vivessi !!!!!!!!
FATE ATTENZIONE!!
