Update please!
My pump continues to disconnect from the app and it is preventing me from my quality of life. I wear my leg anyway which develops bruising and causes me to not be able to wear it. Please update your app!
Hire someone who knows what they’re doing
It’s funny how something so expensive has an app seemingly made by a baby. Literally the only thing this app needs to do is connect my ankle to my phone and let me change the suction on my leg and if I don’t have problems connecting, the app refuses to display the GUI. This app has one function and I’m writing this review after another day if it not being able to connect. Worst part of all is that there’s absolutely no reason to have an app for this, in what world is an app more intuitive or have better ease of use than a up and down button on the side of the device. On top of that you have the Bluetooth adapter in the device taking up battery all day that a button wouldn’t. It seems to me zero thought was put into how long people are going to be using these devices and the problems this app is going to cause when the software has to keep up with phone updates.

App no longer works with OS 16.3.1
Used to be a great way to manage my vacuum pump for my leg. Now useless. I have worked with tech support, but get the feeling it is my problem not theirs. All of my other third party apps work great on my iPhone. It’s really sad.
Waiting to get my loaner
As I love the idea I would be better off with a pin system. It won’t allow me to go above 11 in suction. I tried to hard reset it and still haven’t been able to experience this longer than a couple months. I have been getting really bad nerve pain that last all day when it hits. If I try to rely on the system without ply. Which defeats the purpose….

Please add app to Apple Watch!
I absolutely love my WillowWood LimbLogic Elevated Vacuum Pump and the app for my IPhone. I never have any problems with the app connecting to my pump. I do feel bad for users that don’t have a Apple device because they can’t take advantage of the app. I would love to see the app available to add to my Apple Watch as well. That way I can control my pump if I don’t have my phone near by. Do you think that is something that can be added in the future please?

Need help!! Please update App!!
Please update app!! 98% of the time it’s not working and I have to completely delete and reinstall app and go through everything all over again!!! After years of having this pump and I do love it... this is just annoying and I’m looking into something different at this point.

Needs updating to actually connect. I’ll turn my pump on and open the app and not get anything. At all. Reboot my phone, same thing still.
Watch version and more information
I am using this with my phone which is not very convient. Just being able to see on my watch as a complication would be great to see what is happening at a glance would make this very useful.
Also on the iPhone it would be great if there is more information such as if there is a leak, and what mode the pump is in, ie active or rest.
Lastly what would be really useful if it can be linked to the apple health data to see how long you are using your leg/pump and data for the level the vacume stays at, so you can see on a graph if you are loosing suction.
