An original and freaky game👌
I played this game quite a while back, and let me just say it’s awesome! The lore of the game is awesome. The puzzles can get quite tricky, but it’s so worth it with it crazy and funky yet scary art style, limbo is quite amazing horror game!!! But my gosh, trying to get past that giant spider literally gave me anger issues…

Regular baiting fun
Limbo is definitely a bit rage-baiting at times, but in the best way possible. The puzzles can be frustrating, yet it’s so entertaining that you can’t stop playing. The atmosphere, visuals, and overall design are amazing. It felt especially great playing on my iPad — the screen really enhances the experience.
I honestly wish this game had a two-player mode. It would be so fun to play local iPad games like this with a spouse or family member. Still, an incredible game and absolutely worth playing.

Won’t start up
Just sticks on the opening screen. The boy stands up and nothing else happens. And you can’t quit either. You have to force quit. No updates for 6 months tells me that this game is no longer supported. Uninstalling.

It should be a great game to play on PC, but it's absolutely frustrating on a tablet. First of all, there's no beginner guidance whatsoever—no tutorial on how to control the character. Then, the controls are terribly unresponsive. Since it uses swipes to distinguish between up, down, left, and right, it should at least provide a virtual joystick. That would make controlling much easier. Otherwise, with nothing on the screen, when I try to move right, the character automatically jumps up. I’ve died multiple times because of this weird control issue, which really ruins the gaming experience. 😤

Unclear on controls
Playing it on IPad Air and there are no control instructions. I had to figure out how to jump. Doesn’t tell u how to pull things so I had to look up a Reddit post or else I couldn’t advance. It would help if they had instructions on the controls in the pause menu.
Very stylised but super dark concepts
So I’m a few levels in and I would agree with other comments— it is a gorgeous game with great stylised play but it is in its own way very gruesome. And I don’t mean vivid visuals of guts and gore, but the concepts are very dark. E.g. having the little boy climb up the rope and body of a rotting corpse hanging from a tree. It is all dark so is not realistic gore but could still be very disturbing to many people. I would caution parents and sensitive people — the age rating is 13+ but I think there are plenty of people over 13 who would be easily disturbed by this app. If you are not easily disturbed, go ahead because it is actually really good and is a very interesting game where you have to puzzle through how to get your character moving through lots of scenarios.

Controls ill-suited for a mobile game
Glad to finally be able to play with Apple Arcade, but the poor mobile controls are making this just frustrating. Eg grabbing a handle to pull an object shouldn’t require multiple attempts, just because there isn’t good enough differentiation between pulling and walking away.

Game is ok. It’s a puzzle game for sure, no help or support. No characters to make you care for the chilled you’re killing over and over to figure out a simple puzzle in the darkness. Gave up because I got bored after of hours of killing a small child with no clue to why
Good game but
I’m enjoying this game and it’s not hard or anything but it takes a ridiculous amount of tries to get past one scene, the kid is way to slow, and I think after a certain amount of deaths it turns slow mo on which doesn’t really help, it’s a good game nonetheless but if you have very bad anger issues then I don’t recommend

I’ve played inside and enjoyed it a lot and now I’m just starting limbo and I find it very frustrating trying to get past the first scene, I don’t understand why the water pulls you under and ur unable to swim up. Not to mention that the kid is extremely slow, it takes an ridiculous amount of tries just to get past one scene

Infuriating
The jump control only works half the time. I tried on my iPhone but it`s a mini, the screen is just TOO SMALL to see those little bear traps. So I thought I’d try desktop. I can see now but the character won’t jump no matter what I press. I looked up controls, I troubleshot stuff, nothing works. I can’t get off this vine at all once I’m on it. I give up.

My achievements are NOT working. I even checked with someone who completed all of them and they said I did what they did to get them—Still no achievement except for the first and the final one??
