Everything is good in the app, I know having security for payment is big but having to save your payments would be good after checking the right person has that card.

Pretty Lacklustre
Imagine having an app in 2024, nearly 2025, and you don’t offer Google Pay, Apple Pay and/or PayPal. Not do you offer any means to add tickets to a wallet app. I get that this mob is smaller than the competition but they’ve been at it for over a decade now. Time to pull ya heads in. This is not gonna fly with me, especially now Hoyts have rocked up to give ya what for!

I know it’s no frills but ….
Cannot for the life of me workout how to see the food and drink. There’s a tab on the app labelled “Food and Drinks” but it’s always blank. “Purchases” tab is also always blank despite going to the cinema today.

Yeah so basically was running well when I once needed to use it, now I’m needing to use it again it won’t let me sign in or go any further with anything have reinstalled multiple times and does work. Frustration is an under statement.

Unreliable garbage
I like the cinema but this app is so inconsistent. Half the time I open it it doesn’t load while I have no such issues with any other app. When it does load it sometimes won’t let me log in to view my rewards. Honestly just makes me want to to spend more money and go to Hoyts.

Good app. But needs Apple Pay or a storage of card info. Having to input cc details everytime is ridiculous. Also, digital card not working.
Disappointed
Used to be able to see my rewards on this app; can’t now so unable to claim free tickets etc I’d booked through the app.
Updated broke the app
App was great to use until the recent update - now can’t buy tickets as it won’t allow seat selection and won’t move past that screen. Also don’t love that it’s now harder to just see what’s showing and coming soon.

Filters do not work.
The filters do not work. No matter how you've got your filter set, no results are returned that makes it difficult to find the movie that you looking for.
Great starting point
Loving the new update to your app however it is still lacking some features.
1. Needs to be universal (iPad & Apple Watch).
2. Bring back the select cinema feature so I can only see times for Ipswich.
3. Remove Food/Drink if the feature isn't being used.
4. There is a bug in the future season that shows the time an hour early.
