The water authority can use its app to alert me to bad weather multiple times in a day. But disgusting contaminated brownish green water they don’t issue a notification at all. What’s the point.

Why have after hours if you’re still gonna deny a customer who paid before the cutoff time
Report a problem function
This function is why I chose to get the app but it does not function. It doesn’t see the date entered and gives an error saying no date entered but I’ve tried to do that in both spots.
