Logged out. Changed password. Invalid login.
There is a clear issue with auto-log outs and signing back in.
About a month ago I was auto-logged out of the app on my iPhone. It’s a security feature and I don’t mind having to login. I changed my password as a precaution. I receive an “invalid login” on my iPhone but the website accepts the login.
I’ll access the rooms data on my computer since this app fails to provide me updates.
What I did to troubleshoot:
1. Turned my phone off/on (3x over a week)
2. Reset the password (3x)
3. Deleted the app from the phone and redownloaded it.
4. Prayed that it would work 😂😭🫶🏻

I’d rather just use Remind
We have switched over to using this for sports at my school. This app is NOT a good way of communicating to a team. It randomly logged me out and kept saying that I didn’t have student’s access to rooms, and because of this I missed a bunch of important stuff for my sport. We also still have team members who can’t log into it because it won’t let them create an account. The only positive thing I have to say is that they fixed an issue where it would log students out every time you left the app and you’d have to resign in every time to use the app.
