Doesn’t provide entry histories or notifications

I don’t know if it’s because I’m the second profile on our house, but I can’t see any previous entries and I don’t get notifications of people entering. The app doesn’t provide a link to report problems and doesn’t seem to have a way to delete my account to start over. Deleting and reinstalling the app did nothing. Would love to have this fixed!

Hello! I apologize about any issues you may be experiencing. I'll be happy to help. As far as getting notifications, you will only receive notifications for guests you have added, not anyone else in your household. To view entrance history, we have recently updated so that you can see the entire household's guest entrances, and not just your own. Hello! I apologize about the issues you seem to be experiencing. Which contacts are you referring to that aren't showing up in the guest list? If you go onto our website, we have a support email and our customer care team will be happy to assist you with anything. Also, feel free to contact your guard gate, as all the guards are trained by your HOA on the system. Thank you! Hope this helps.
