Poor Customer Service
The rating of one star is for Limitless Customer Service. Submitted a point credit for a Phoenix purchase and was never acted on after providing all receipts. I found out the system was down after the purchase. The readers at the gas stations were constantly down. The Phoenix loyalty program called Limitless using this particular app is a farce. The App itself is hard to navigate and nothing for Phoenix to be proud of because their literally using it as a disguise for a loyalty program. There is nothing here “loyal”…

Qr Code for points
Hope you can remove the time limit for having the qr code. I would like to suggest that if possible, the qr code can be saved on the wallet app on iphone.
Can’t login via google account - route to registration page
Inconvenience. Already registered via google account but when you try to login it will route to registration, then fill out again the form when you click submit it will give you error that the email address has been used! 😡😤
