Not recommend
The functions are simple and not compatible with the Apple system. I added 2 stops and the system automatically deleted them. It's amazing. The passenger-side software is even more amazing. Apple users can't place orders at all. Unbeatable.
Unable to modify order
You have to use a computer to modify the order information. I don't know what this does.
Problems Never Get Fixed
There has been several issues with the software for years..
1- System shuts down frequently on desktop version.
2- You can’t set up system to show all trips for the future. Only so many days in advance..
3- You can’t use the mobile app to add new trips because you must input passenger phone number and email, which are not required in the desktop version.
4- For years system shows trips in wrong order and we have to refresh several times to get trips in the right date order..
5- Support department never replies that they have received the issues or if something will be done about them.

Waste lol
This app is a waste of my time.
Such A Shame
It’s such a shame they put so little attention and care into this app. It’s nowhere as useful as the website. It doesn’t even show you what ride you have in real-time. It’s supposed to…but it doesn’t.
