Good overall, but user tracking could be more detailed
The user tracking feature is generally reliable, but I’d love it if it could show more detailed driving routes and time stamps. Sometimes, I just need to go back and see exactly where the driver was at certain times, and the current feature doesn’t offer that level of detail. Still, it’s a huge improvement over our old system.

Good app, needs better multi-language support
We deal with a lot of international clients, so the 20-language support is amazing. However, some translations aren’t 100% accurate, especially in more niche languages. It’s a small issue, but if the translations could be more refined, this would be a 5-star app for sure.
Public booking form is excellent
I love how easy it is for our clients to book through the public form. The QR code option has been a hit with our customers.

"Fantastic for dispatching, but needs better flight tracking
I’ve been using this app for a few months, and it’s a game changer for dispatching. The flight tracking integration is a cool feature, but sometimes it doesn’t refresh as quickly as I need it to. It would be amazing if the flight data could be more real-time, especially for last-minute changes. Maybe somehow to inform or send email so we do not have to refresh to know that flight is early or late.

"Great app for managing orders, but could improve GPS tracking"
The orders and drives module is very intuitive, and I love how I can print all the necessary documentation with just a few clicks. One thing I noticed, though, is that the GPS tracking sometimes lags, especially when switching between drivers. It would be helpful if the app could provide real-time updates without delays when tracking multiple drivers.
