Limos4 Chauffeur is the official app for chauffeurs driving for Limos4. It replaces phone calls, emails and paperwork with everything you need for a shift in one place. ASSIGNED RIDES See every ride assigned to you, with today's schedule pinned at the top. Open a ride for the full picture: pickup and drop-off, intermediate stops, passenger name, flight number, luggage and passenger count, and instructions from dispatch. RIDE STATUS, IN REAL TIME Move a ride through its stages as you drive — on the way, on location, passenger on board, drop-off — with a swipe. Dispatch and the customer see your progress as it happens, so nobody has to call you for an ETA. NAMEBOARD Open the passenger's nameboard on your phone, full screen and in landscape, for airport pickups. No printing. AVAILABILITY Keep your working hours up to date with a simple calendar. Mark the days and time slots you can drive, and set an off-duty period when you are not available at all. DOCUMENTS Photograph and upload your licence, insurance and other compliance documents, and see at a glance which ones are approved or expiring. INCIDENTS AND RECEIPTS Report a delay, a traffic problem or an incident the moment it happens, and attach a photo. Capture receipts for parking, tolls and cleaning without keeping paper. NOTIFICATIONS Push notifications for new assignments, changes and dispatch messages, with a full history in the app so nothing gets lost. BUILT FOR THE ROAD Dark mode for night driving, large touch targets you can hit without looking, and English and German throughout. Actions you take with no signal are queued and sent as soon as you are back online. LOCATION While a ride is active, the app shares your location with Limos4 dispatch so operators and the customer can see your ETA. Tracking runs only between the start of a ride and drop-off, and stops when the ride ends. Limos4 Chauffeur requires an account provided by Limos4. Partner drivers can also open a single assigned ride from a link sent by dispatch, without creating an account.
