About

Lina is a calm co-parenting app for separated or divorced parents who share responsibility for a child — across two homes. It provides one structured and secure space where co-parent communication, shared custody information, and everyday coordination stay clear and organised between two parents. Whether you are navigating shared custody after a divorce, managing care arrangements after separation, or simply looking for a better way to communicate with your co-parent, Lina keeps everything in one place. Structured communication Communicate through focused message threads. Each thread has its own topic, so conversations stay easy to follow — even weeks or months later. Within a thread you can also create events and log expenses tied to the conversation, keeping agreements and costs together in the right context and easy to find again. Messages cannot be edited or deleted, supporting clarity and accountability. Search past conversations and mark important messages so key decisions are always easy to find. Shared photo album Share everyday moments between two homes. Store photos safely in a shared album, or mark selected photos as private and keep them in your personal album. No need for separate photo-sharing apps or messaging threads. Custody schedule and parenting plan A structured tool for discussing and agreeing on custody schedules, care arrangements, and handover routines. Set up a base plan for the usual weekly rhythm, then add special arrangements for periods that differ — such as summer holidays, public holidays, or when the nursery is closed. This keeps both the regular routine and the exceptions clear in one place. Designed to support clarity and reduce misunderstandings around shared parenting time — not as a shared calendar, but as a parenting plan aid for co-parents. Everyday tools Equipment lists help both parents remember what needs to be packed or prepared before handovers. Store essential child information — birth date, allergies, medications, and notes — visible to both parents. Shared contact lists for schools, doctors, nurseries, and caregivers in one place. Activity log A clear activity log shows what was updated and by whom. This supports transparency and mutual trust between co-parents, making it easy to see what has changed. Export Export one or multiple message threads to PDF whenever you need documentation — for personal records, mediation, or legal purposes. Designed to stay calm Lina is not a social network. There are no feeds, likes, or unnecessary notifications. The interface is calm and predictable, making shared parenting information easy to read and understand. All data is securely stored and shared only between the two parents connected in Lina. Built for real co-parenting situations Lina supports separated and divorced parents regardless of relationship dynamics or conflict level. Its pair-based structure keeps your shared co-parenting history — messages, photos, child information, and agreements — in one secure place. This helps reduce misunderstandings around custody arrangements and everyday parenting decisions. One subscription covers both parents. No need for two separate accounts or payments. Free and Premium The free version allows limited use so you can get started and see if Lina works for your family. Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. It unlocks full message history, advanced search, PDF exports, and extended long-term use. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in the App Store. One Premium subscription is shared between both parents connected in Lina. Lina gives separated parents one shared place — so co-parenting stays calm, clear, and focused on the child. What's New in Lina

1.18.0

September 1, 2026

Notifications that arrive, an outbox for messages, and mute per thread. New and improved: • Notifications are now sent from the server rather than from the sending phone, so they arrive even if the app closes or loses connection just as you tap send. • A message that failed to send is no longer lost: it goes into an outbox and is sent automatically once you are back online. The Threads tab shows how many are waiting. • Mute notifications for a single thread. The setting applies only to you, not to the other parent. • Photos and text are now sent as two separate messages, and a photo without a caption is shown without a bubble around it. • Photos and attachments are retried automatically if the connection drops mid-upload. • Fixed unread markers in Threads and Album that could get stuck when the clocks on the two phones disagreed. • Faster thread loading and search.
