The Lincoln County Resource Board (LCRB) app puts local support for children and families in one place. Serving the Troy, Missouri community, LCRB is dedicated to putting kids first by connecting families to the agencies and services that help them. From the home screen you can browse resources by category, including counseling, mental health, crisis and community resources, family and children's services, and support for babies, teens, and parents.
