Cumbersome
The app never works great but now I’m asked to provide my phone number to get a verification code, and when I type in my number it asks for my password. So I type my password and I’m asked for my phone number again. It’s an endless cycle. And whenever I select the auto-login option or the remember password option neither ever works

The new update
The app worked flawlessly for me for years. Then the update happened not long ago and it has been all over the place. Not a fan at all. I’ll maintain my account with LNB just because I’ve had one since I was old enough to but I’ve switched my main checking account to another bank that seems more reliable and convenient.

Can’t log in
I’ve had an account here for many years, and I’ve never been able to log in! Two of my other family members have accounts and have been able to login to them with no trouble. I’m the only one that’s having an issue. It’s asks me “security questions” that I don’t have an answer for, like “what is your child’s middle name?” When I don’t have any kids. I made an account there when I was like 14. I just tried logging in after turning 18 with still no luck. Am I just supposed to call every time in need to know how much is in my account?(during the hours they are actually open) 🙄

Glitches
The app opens and stays in loading mode. Can’t check balance. Tried reinstalling and restarted iPhone but still constantly loading. Very frustrating.
Honestly just awful
I’m begging yall please update this app. You get stuck in the “updating” screen for 15+ minutes at times and it’s just not user friendly please do something with this the bugs are just too much and they’re constant.
