After 75 years of driving I think I’ve gotten beyond having a brake coach. How about a software method to turn it off?

2026 Lincoln Nautilus Premiere
Really enjoy this vehicle. It’s my second Nautilus. It took me a minute to get used to the wraparound dash but love it now. Love all the features and safety features.

Does what it’s supposed to do very well
No support available
For over a year I have needed my remote keypad to function. The dealer is never open when I can get there. I have watched countless videos and it still doesn’t work. I have tried multiple ways with no success. I tried calling support here- and hours are just MF office hours , when I’m working. Complete disappointment. This is out 5th Lincoln.

2024 Nautilus - terrible car and the app is terrible too
Very glitchy system, service struggle for days to solve problems. Constant errors with limited info and then goes away

App No Longer Working
After this last update my app is no longer working. I also paid for premium connectivity and that is not working anymore either.
Where did Lock Status go?
Why did you remove the feature for me to see if my Lincoln is locked/unlocked.

Enjoying
Since I downloaded my Lincoln app, I have really enjoyed the Lincoln customer interface. The remote starts, location, phone key is a plus along with other functions.
Door/Window status
I feel this app does not meet the level of expectations that a Lincoln owner should expect. My previous car was a Hyundai, and I was able to check the lock status and air conditioning via app. Neither of these features are available in the Lincoln app.
Functional & Convenient
The app offers many functions that are easily accessed. I love the remote lock and start functions!
