The App has been altered again, can't make head nor tail of it, trying to locate Kurling at Grimsby Leisure Centre, gave up, it impossible.

I really enjoy cleethorpes leisure centre, the stuff is very pleasant and helpful

The Pay online function barely ever works and the marketing notifications keep being sent even when you say you don’t want any

Ok when it works but every so often despite confirming bookings when you turn up they haven’t got them on the system and for last week getting an error message when trying to pay do you can’t even use it and when you ring it’s an answer phone

Worst app I have used. Hard to navigate. Doesn’t send emails, won’t remember login and can’t change password

This was a great little app before they decided to “improve” it now it’s impossible to navigate...make a booking then view the booking and .... no booking made despite a confirmation email. Every time you move about the app you have to keep logging back in it’s really clumsy. The last one was a click and you’re done format. You could see all the swim session availability a week a time but this you have to keep choosing the date plus the old one you could just cancel a session on the app this new one you have to email the enquires desk....not made things easier this so called update!!!!

Won’t link to your account
Downloaded it, set it all up but it won’t link to my account, so I can’t book anything online, just view the schedules. Lady at the leisure centre said to pop back in and speak to a member of staff about it, and booked me onto the class I was after. Bit pointless if the idea is to limit the contact with the staff!
