Great products. Just recently you can’t place orders because it shows there is no merch when you click on different sections.
Good Clothing Brand
I’ve been buying this brand for 4 years the items always come in great condition. The app is a little glitchy and tracking the order is a pain. All in all I’m still buying again.
Scam and fraud
It's been more than 2 months I have ordered but still they didn't respond. I ordered 2 mystery box and didn't even send one. I shouldn't have ordered from this waste company.
SCAM!!! Took my money!!!!
Don’t order from here.. I ordered 2 items, paid $70 and never received the items.. when I try to “track” my items given the scratchy third party they use it says “information received” but when I check UPS website it says items were never shipped. Tried to dispute with my bank and my bank is claiming the items were received even though that is a complete lie. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and now I’ve lost $70 and I have no gift.

App partially working
I can say for fact now that after talking to a few other people, it’s not just me experiencing issues. Since the recent launch after liquidating the old merchandise seems like more attention was put into pushing out the new product rather than ensuring your sales platform was even functional. For example, there’s no option for “hats, and socks” in the category section of the web based platform. However, the options do appear in the iOS platform, but when you click the link nothing populates. Basically, the iOS platform and the web platform cause confusion and frustration since the clearly do not reflect the same options. The hats where one of the most popular items and they’re no where to be found even doing a keyword search. Secondly shopping carts in from iOS platform and web platform do not reflect the your selections. You advertise each of your designs “now coming in 12 different colors to choose from.” lol…. Well, HOW? Because there’s no option to choose a freakin color. This wouldn’t be such an issue if you weren’t blowing up my phone with text advertisements that there’s no proper purchase options lololol.

TRASH
Company has made several changes to their policies and none of them offer any reconciliation. Customer service was always decent before but I wouldn’t recommend shopping with this company to anyone now.
The products are cool but
You can’t advance with your shopping bag. I have added something to my bag twice now and when I click on the bag I just get a blank white screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app-no change. Restarted my phone-no change. It’s an inapp issue. Please fix it.
Inconsistent and misleading
Bought a “$250“ grab bag and it came with two sweaters, a nice, duffel bag, pair sweatpants, two T-shirts. Was fantastic. Later ordered the “$750“ grab bag and it had a pair of sweatpants, a T-shirt and a laundry bag. That’s it. Nowhere near as much stuff supposedly three times as much.
Everytime
I can’t order anything it says my bags empty everytime I delete the app and redownload it and same thing
Don’t bother
Over a 2 month span I had to follow up 4 times just to be lied to about when my package would ship. They finally just gave up and refunded my order. Don’t bother with this company.

God awful company that takes months to get you what you ordered alongside the super disrespectful customer support. All the work and headache for items made in the best example of what you’d expect the worst quality would ever be, save your money and buy from a company that cares about their products.

quality is pretty poor, takes 3 months to get 1/2 your order, failed to even get all of my order… missing 1/2 of what i paid for but it is what it is. live learn. one broke mfer to another 💀save ya coin
Missing items, long shipping
I would recommend ordering from this brand if you have the patience of waiting 2 months for them to SHIP your order. Or if you’re into not getting what you bought. They only sent me 2 items of my order of 5. When confronted they gave me $16.20 when the clothing price range from $50-$80. I would have liked getting my clothes that I ordered but according to them that’s not apart of their “fulfillment process” but don’t worry they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience

Disappointing read first.
I was so excited to order from this company, then became so disappointed when the items I really wanted did not come with my order. I emailed and asked what to do. They gave me some credit back so I re ordered the items I wanted. AGAIN this disappointing company did not send the items. I emailed again. Was told they don’t just fill the missing items in the order I would have to re order them with the credit they left me, a pretty small credit compared to the expensive clothing. Well that doesn’t work when the items I truly wanted were on sale and now they are not. Again I asked and again I was told they don’t just replace the missing items With the money I already paid. I have to order again. Shipping, OMG the shipping took almost 3 month TWICE!!! What an embarrassment of a company. Learn how to take care of your customers. When items they ordered are not included in the package. Just replace what was missing. I believe I still haven’t gotten back the fair amount of what I spent originally. I talked so highly of this company. Bragged about how cool the cloths were. Made excuses on why shipping took so long, but in the end it’s just a poorly run company making money off nieve individuals. I fell for there gags and gimmicks. I was nieve. I will never order from this company again and I encourage all of you reading this to question ordering from them. They are untrustworthy, liars with no customer experience. not really impressed:/
stuff takes forever to arrive and I never get everything I ordered never have they gotten it right they have one sized shipping bag and if i doesn’t fit in the bag it won’t be sent to you and all you get is a credit. at first i never had to pay for customs fee either but the past 3 orders i have had to pay $20-$30, on top of spending $14 on shipping. as well as it’s in USD so there’s also an exchange you have to figure out yourself. I still love the brand and creativity but I just wish they where more efficient and honest.

Don’t do it. Took 3 months to get my order and when it finally arrived I only got half. Paypal wouldn’t do anything because they submitted tracking so it was considered “delivered”. Only option was to send back what I got (at my cost) for a full refund.
